How can I order as a company or public institution?
As a company or public institution, you can order from us on account. All we need is a written order with letterhead, stamp and signature. We accept your order by post or as a PDF document by email .

Can I buy on account?
Yes, purchasing on account is possible under certain conditions. However, payment on account is not possible for new customers via the automated ordering process in the online shop. Contact us here to order on account.

How much are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping costs €6.99. Most of our products have free shipping.
What delivery options do you offer?
You can have your order delivered to your home or pick it up yourself from our celexon headquarters. You'll find us here.
Please note that payment on site is not possible. The payment must already have been made online.
How long does delivery take?
If the item is in stock, the standard delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. In other European countries the delivery time can be up to 7 working days.
Which provider will the order be shipped with?
We ship our goods with UPS or TNT as they are mostly bulky goods.
Are packing stations delivered?
Delivery to a Packstation is not currently offered, but there is the option to deliver to a UPS or TNT depot.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
No problem! Our shipping partners UPS and TNT will leave a message after an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Simply arrange a second delivery date with the shipping company. You can also specify a new delivery address in your city. The package will only be handed over to us after three unsuccessful delivery attempts.
What happens in the event of transport damage?
In the rare event of transport damage, you will of course not suffer any disadvantages. The freight forwarder is liable for transport damage. When accepting delivery, please pay attention to any obvious damage and note this to the delivery person. To settle the damage, please contact us immediately here .

How is the guarantee regulated?
celexon Europe GmbH grants a bring-in guarantee of at least 24 months from the date of purchase on all celexon brand products. More information can be found here .
