Shipping policy

The standard delivery time is 4–6 working days via UPS. For freight/pallet shipments, the delivery period is typically 8–12 working days. 

Please note that delivery to a parcel locker is not possible and that goods delivered by a haulage contractor will only be delivered to the kerbside.

Most of our products are shipped free of charge. For certain items – depending on size and characteristics – shipping costs between £9.99 and £99.99 apply. The exact shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

What happens if the parcel service doesn't find you at home?

No problem! The shipping service provider will leave a message after a failed delivery attempt. You can easily arrange a second delivery with the carrier. You can also specify a new delivery address in your city. The parcel will only be returned to us after three failed delivery attempts.

What happens in the event of transport damage?

In the rare event of transport damage, you will of course not suffer any disadvantages. The carriers are liable for all damage during transport. Please look out for obvious damage on receipt and refuse the delivery. Please contact us immediately to settle the claim.
