Warranty conditions

celexon Europe GmbH grants a “bring-in” guarantee for all celexon and Deluxx brand products for a period of 24 months, starting from the date of purchase. The guarantee declaration is only valid in Europe.

The guarantee will not be granted if defects other than material or workmanship defects are found.

The following are particularly excluded from the guarantee:
a) Periodic inspections, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear;
b) Transport and travel costs as well as costs incurred in setting up and dismantling the device;
c) misuse and misuse of the device as well as incorrect installation (including direct sunlight, close proximity to air conditioning units, ovens, heaters);
d) Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, force majeure, war, incorrect mains voltage, inadequate ventilation or other reasons for which celexon is not responsible.

To request warranty service, ship the product at your own expense, with proof of purchase and professional packaging, to the following address:

The following are accepted as proof of purchase:
- A valid order number for an order placed via the celexon.com or deluxx.com website
- A dated proof of purchase from a celexon / DELUXX authorized dealer or reseller showing the price and product description.

Our warranty repair service will check the damaged product and repair it if necessary. celexon, at its sole discretion, will replace defective products with new or refurbished products that correspond in appearance and function to the original product.

We will then send your repaired product or replacement product back to your shipping address.

Rejected or discontinued defective products covered by warranty will be replaced with a product of the appropriate model, if available. Otherwise, a product with corresponding functions will be delivered. A replacement product will be covered under warranty for the remaining warranty period of the original product, but not less than thirty (30) days. If local laws require it, the period may be longer.

This manufacturer's guarantee does not restrict your legal rights against us arising from the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise. The manufacturer's warranty therefore does not violate your legal rights, but rather extends your legal status.

If the purchased item is defective, you can always contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether there is a warranty claim or the warranty is being used. The use of these rights is free of charge.
