The BrightOnyx surface is manufactured using the latest photolithography process and, with its multi-layer surface structure, achieves unrivalled control over light projection, angle and direction.

Our latest Laser TV surface is the result of years of experience and development in the field of ALR projection screens.

While CLR (ceiling light rejection) is particularly strong in absorbing light from the ceiling and allows for a very wide viewing angle with high black levels, but performs less well in terms of lateral ambient light rejection and has to make do with lower gain values between 0.5 and 0.8, while Fresnel technology offers active 3-sided light rejection, usually at gain values around 1 - 1.3, but with weaker black levels and significantly lower viewing angles, well below 100°.

Our new BrightOnyx screen material combines the advantages of both technologies and is currently the most competent laser TV projection screen worldwide for projection under low light conditions – exactly what a TV replacement should be like!

Our exclusive 9-layer multilayer BrightOnyx, manufactured using the most modern photolithography process, is superior to conventional ALR fabrics, such as Fresnel, with 95% ambient light absorption and diffusion, while effectively preventing hotspots and shadows for a flawless viewing experience!

Of course, our BrightOnyx has also been developed for use in a classic, darkened home cinema. The frame structure is extremely simple and at the same time highly effective in terms of tension. Our BrightOnyx frame screen is stretched 100% over the entire surface. We achieve this using a newly developed piping system, whereby the piping attached to the fabric is pressed into a groove in the frame profile all the way around.
No annoying and only selective tensioning - the fabric is mounted directly from the front onto the frame, all the way around to the corner areas.
The result is 100% flatness over the entire surface of the fabric – permanently!

Our new mounting rail system, which can be adjusted with millimetre precision and is infinitely variable, is also available for the BrightOnyx.

Install it once and it will be perfectly aligned forever.

This means that you only need to drill the required holes in your wall once and then simply adjust the mounting rails to the required height for your projector.
Even if you change your projector or the furniture on which it stands, you can easily adjust the screen position to the new dimensions without having to drill again. A scale on the rails makes it noticeably easier for you to set the height correctly; the frame can be moved just as easily on the rails.
